Ini Edo is a Nigerian actress who began her film career in the year 2000 and has featured in more than 200 movies since she started in the movieindustry. Ini Edo is a graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Calabar. In the year 2008 she was married to American-based Nigerian businessman Philip Ehiagwina and they were divorced in 2014.
In 2013, she was announced as judge for the Miss Black Africa Uk Pageant. Due to her philanthropic gestures, the United Nations appointed her as the United Nations Habitat Youth Envoy. She was also a nominee for the 2014 Giama awards for best actress, female's viewers choice and best comedic actress. She was also nominated for the Bon awards, Nollywood movie award, Future awards, and lots more. A lot of achievements I must say.
