Liberia is Ebola free- WHO

Liberia is Ebola free after 4700 deaths
The World Health Organization has declared Liberia free of Ebola after about 4700 deaths. The announcement was made today and with one more country free of the disease, this shows that efforts to combat the disease through awareness and humanitarian aids have thus helped. We only hope that with more intensified efforts, the remaining two countries; Sierra Leone and Guinea can be declared Ebola free likewise. This dreadful disease have claimed lots of lives in Africa including Nigeria, at a time it was battling with it. Congratulations to the people of Liberia, however, caution must be taken to avoid the resurgence of the disease. I understand the atmosphere in Liberia right now. It was a similar atmosphere of joy here too when Nigeria was declared Ebola free.
