An open letter to Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola

Can someone tell Ogbeni to please pay the workers salaries or resign. Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola happens to be one of today's politicians that I as a person love with passion not only as a performing governor but also for his active and relentless efforts to make the state of Osun as one of the best in the country. I admire him for being an intelligent and hardworking man who never says it is over until he achieves his goals. With all these listed characteristics and many more Ogbeni possesses, "kinni'kan ba ajao je apa e gun ju itan lo", the people's governor is a good executor but lacks skills in generating funds, not only him but some other governors in the country.

The governor's work is not limited to executing projects, his vital role in the office is to create ways for getting enough resources to sustain the state. A son who always expend father's wealth without contributing to it will be regarded as a prodigal son. While I commend Aregbe for all the infrastructures he has put in place in the state of Osun, I can't afford not to tell him that he has failed the trust and confidence some of us had in him, in fact, I will like to advise him to go back to school to learn Operation Management System. Having failed to multiply the little resources he has been getting from the FG, I hereby advise Aregbe to respectfully bow down from the office because his expectation that the new president elect will him and other spending governors to pay their debts may not work, the old man himself is inheriting many "Kilimanjaro Mountains" of debts from the worst ever president.
