A report given by RawStory revealed how a 24-year-old man, named
Andrew Bowman shot his 2-year-old niece in the face with a .45 caliber handgun
while cleaning it on Christmas morning.
The cops says Andrew was given a gun cleaning kit for
Christmas and he just couldn’t wait to break it out and make his gat all shiny
and new. Report had it that the girl in question was rushed to a hospital in Portland where she underwent surgery and expected to recovery soon, there will be no criminal charges against Andrew Bowman says the police.
This is just an act of carelessness and a Nonchalant attitude.
